Skilled artisans employ traditional craftsmanship to produce this sumptuous and contemporary design, carefully constructing the piece from numerous slender buri sticks extracted from a tropical Asian palm, utilizing methods reminiscent of those used in the creation of ancient fishing baskets, yet the incorporation of a bell-shaped antique brass pipe kit and ombre finish imbues the piece with a distinctly modern aesthetic, available in an alternate larger scale version and with additional pipe also available.
