Sure not worth the money !!!

We purchased this fan about 1 1/2 years ago. Paid over $600 to have it installed. Now it is making a clunking noise in reverse. It will have to be replace as no one knows what is wrong with it :) So two electricians later, a new fan, we will be out another $1500. I would not buy this brand again !!!
