A client of ours had selected this item a couple of months before it was discontinued, which made it extremely hard to find. We were left scrambling to locate it in stock with a reasonable shipping time. Two vendors we tried before discovering Progressive Lighting were unable to fulfill the order—one canceled outright, and the other changed the estimated ship date from 1 week to 5 weeks out, which simply didn’t work with our project timeline.
When we found Progressive Lighting, I reached out to confirm that the listed inventory was accurate (it was!) and that the item would ship the same or next day, with delivery expected within 48 hours, as stated on their site. The team was fantastic—they confirmed they had two in stock, processed the order the same day, and we received it within three days of ordering, exactly as promised. They even followed up afterward to make sure the product arrived in good condition, which was a great added touch.
