Great addition to kitchen remodel

This 5 light warm glow chandelier was a perfect addition to my kitchen informal dining room. It was easy to install(after spending lots of time removing my 30 year old current chandelier). The midnight black color material with white linen bulb covers makes for a elegant modern look in the kitchen. The J shaped arms raise the light so that it doesn't shine directly onto the table but is elevated further from the table to create better lighting for the dining table. The light can be hung between 2-5 feet below the ceiling and comes with the included hardware for various hanging heights. Overall took about 45 minutes to install everything since I was not an expert with wiring.

I got the Porteau 5 Light Chandelier in Midnight Black for over my round dining table and I love it. It is beautiful, well made, and offers a modern but classic look. The midnight black color and white shades blend effortlessly with my other fixture and hardware finishes. I think it would also work in living rooms or entryways. It is a very versatile fixture. I love the fabric drums over the five lights because it offers more of a glow than the direct light bulbs. My husband installed the fixture. He has installed a lot of lights and said this one went up without an issue. He followed the directions in the box closely and said all the hardware was included. I got five LED candelabra light bulbs to put in the chandelier and it looks great! I would recommend it.

I am very happy with the design and quality of this fixture. We installed this in our entryway. It took up less than 30 minutes to assemble and install. The directions were easy to follow and detailed. We have this on a dimmer switch and it works great. We are using 60 watt soft white bulbs with this fixture. This fixture has a modern look and is easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth. I would recommend this fixture to others.

I was so excited to get the chandelier. My brother's came to hang it up and get it. Wired in. It was very easy to install it. I love how it hangs down. I like the 5 lights it has. It's over my dinning room dinner table . It make my dinningroom. Look so fancy. I've gotten lots of complements on it.
